The twin room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the facilities a guest could possibly need. The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.

There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

Hotel is very clean and very well situated close to the center of the city and close to the metro. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. - Very good restaurant with enthusiastic people, hosts even. The hotel is very close to the Dom and was very very easy to reach by car.

It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at...small but with a soul. We were met by the receptionist and led to our room. He showed us around and gave all the required information. The staff were polite and friendly at all times. Breakfast was not very rich but the service was superb. The location is perfect...just next to the station and

We had a great stay from the very start. At check in the lady gave us loads of information about the best Christmas markets and was really welcoming. The apartment itself was clean and a really decent size. It's location was the best thing; virtually at the entrance the the Alte Market Christmas Market and the huge ice rink on Heumarkt. There are

Antik Hotel is full of well selected, comfortable antiques, making you
feel like you can inhabit another time and place. It was easy to walk
through pedestrian streets to the cathedral and the charming riverfront.

We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were. We were given assistance with our bags as there was no lift up to the Apartment.

Though we don't speak German, their English was so good that it was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially because the location was also very good.
