There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

I liked the proximity to the central train station and the quietness of the area. Hotel staff is really great! Hotel is in very good location - about 5 minutes takes to get by walk to Central Train Station ( Koeln HBF) and a few minutes to shopping street ... We arrived early, but they arranged that our room be prepared first so that we were able to occupy it before the official check-in time, without feeling that we were putting anyone out.

Uwe is a really nice guy, very approachable and helpful. My flight was delayed by 2 hours, getting into Cologne at 1am in morning, yet he still stayed up to let me in.

I really liked to stay in the Kölner Pension, it was just round the corner to get the train or subway, just one stop from the central train station, the room was quite big enough, very clean and confortable. The girl that worked there was really nice and corteous, she helped us a lot. I would really recommend this hotel and of course if I come back
