We were upgraded to an executive room without even asking, the beds werereally large and comfortable. We had fresh fruit and cocktails waitingfor us on our arrival and we liked the fact we could bring our cat intothe hotel room too. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to eat and drink andwell worth it. This was a fantastic location just the other side of the river from the heart of Strasbourg (several of the best restaurants were nearby) the bells ringing, the breakfasts, the staff were the best! There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.

Polite, pleasant and helpful staff.
Room clean, well equipped except for lack of fridge and ours had a lovely balcony, ideal for soaking up the evening sun!
Comfortable bed! Very little road noise.
Not able to comment on restaurant as it was closed that evening. Breakfast had a superb choice of breads and cakes, plus cold meats, cheeses, cereals

I would definitely stay here again. Very good value. Very comfortable beds, nice clean room/bathroom. Excellent breakfast available until 11, brilliant. Late checkout (midday). This is a cozy Hotel. Reception staff was nice. It is super convenient
to the main train station, 200 meters away, I stayed at the Ibis Styles,
to catch an early train the next morning. There's another Ibis Hotel
a couple of blocks away. I was glad I wasn't staying there. It was
not going to be near as nice as this one.

The hotel is beautifully situated, in the midst of fields and vineyards. We stayed in a family room and there were a couple of ruined mountaintop castles visible from our window. The building was also very pretty, with a lovely lounge and restaurant. The room itself was large and airy. We did not have breakfast at the restaurant - just desserts

The hotel is beautiful. It was much nicer than the pictures showed. The only rooms available were the junior suite and after we saw it we were so glad we paid extra for it. The room was beautiful and large and worth the extra price. Everything at this hotel is pristine and reaps with French charm. We plan to stay here when going to Alsace.
