  Everything. Location. Nice room - newly renovated. They gave me a double with a bath although I had signed up for a promotional single room - very generous. Breakfast was great. They had hot food (eggs and ham) which I could eat - I am diabetic and stay away from carbs. Good selection of carbs for those who can eat them. Excellent staff. There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.

It is super convenient to the main train station, 200 meters away, I stayed at the Ibis Styles, to catch an early train the next morning. There's another Ibis Hotel a couple of blocks away.   The hotel is beautifully situated, in the midst of fields and vineyards. We stayed in a family room and there were a couple of ruined mountaintop castles visible from our window. The building was also very pretty, with a lovely lounge and restaurant. The room itself was large and airy.
