  Beautiful location set in the minervois wine growing region. The village was of a genuine rustic southern France character, Debbie and Georges very freindly and helpful hosts and the clean, refreshing swimming pool wonderful after a hot day of sight-seeing. The rooms were better than what I've found in many four star hotels, and the setting in the middle of the Languedoc countryside is magnificent.

  the suite was great, a good size and the huge bath tub and wet room were lovely. the hotel gardens are very classy and the location next to the entrance to the walled city was perfect to stroll to.   We love to stay in this apartment as the room is spacious with many kitchen equipments (except water boiler). My dad could take care of himself with cooking tools while my mom and I were not around. It is very convenient for travellers who like to focus on old historic city as it is only some minutes away but make sure you need to be fit to climb ... vad folk säger » up the rock floor.. - Space. It was pretty big the apartment for my famility to stay (couple + 1yr old baby + 3 yrs. old child). The location was perfect. Very close to the castle. The access is very good to go walking. Not recomended to go to the castle with the baby trolley but this has nothing to do with the hotel/appartment. Very very good price/quality ratio.

  The staff were very helpful, the room was great value for money, big bathroom, tv, very clean, decent beds. The restaurant was fine, food good.   Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Carcassonne and area. Room was in main house shared with hosts and other guests. There were also gypsy type caravans in the large gardens being rented by holiday makers. Bedroom was large, had an air conditioning unit (good as it was blooming warm there!) and decoration was traditional (some might say not m... vad folk säger » odern).
