  The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, literally at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the castle. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and they all spoke great English. My boyfriend and I (we are both 24yrs old) visited the hotel spa during our stay for a back massage which was lovely - I highly recommend.   We really loved our stay at Campanille Narbonne. The hotel is quite new, therefore all facilities are very clean and confortable. The bathroom was big comparing to the average and spotless clean.   Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Cité. Staff were most helpful and the shuttle service to the hotel from car park was marvellous. A great holiday experience! - The beautiful view from our room.   La Bastide Saint Martin overlooks a gorgeous piece of countryside, is set in a lovely big, sparse garden, has a great pool and it's rooms are quiet and simply, though beautifully decorated (we wanted to take the shutters home!).   We love to stay in this apartment as the room is spacious with many kitchen equipments (except water boiler). My dad could take care of himself with cooking tools while my mom and I were not around. It was pretty big the apartment for my famility to stay (couple + 1yr old baby + 3 yrs. old child). The location was perfect. Very close to the castle. The access is very good to go walking.
