The lady in charge is excellent and went out of her way to help, even after we left (my wife forgot her jacket which got locked inside on leaving at 03:00 am. She sent it by post. The apartment is gorgeous and spacious for one or two people. I loved having a washing machine as i was travelling for a few weeks. The area around felt very safe with some lovely local restaurants and services nearby. The publuc transpirt access was really handy as well. -
The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious ,everything is perfectly clean. The location is close to city center and main ports by walking. But the area is so queit and peaceful, which make us experience the local life. The host is sweet and patient always. We love here!

Everything was positive, from the hotel itself, to the amazing woman who manages it. She is just wonderful, helps you with questions. There is a bus stop just across the street and a SIWA on the next block. Best value of the hotels I stayed in, during my time in Finland. Will
stay at Tapulitalo next time for sure.

Excellent location at the dead center of the old town - the best possible for the touristy visit. Rooms are spacious and tidy, breakfast is great. -
Recommend to stay for city center walking tours. Nice breakfast. Cosy and interesting hotel. A bit overpriced I would say.

comfortable and spacious room with, unexpectedly, a king size bed.
(Perhaps we'd been upgraded?) Good tv, great wifi, plenty of towels,

Wow! This is an incredible hotel! The room is modern and full of
amenities and classy. The bed is heavenly! The entire place is really
nice and the breakfast is huge and varied and tremendous! But I must

airline website that was not working and they actually called the
airline for me, since I could not get through on my cell phone, making

Very good quality, well equipped apartments with great views in a central location. Terrace will be lovely in the summer months (we visited in November). Good walks, restaurants, shopping and most sites close-by. Please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so no breakfast or cleaning provided but there is an excellent Fazer cafe next door.

Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The room was quite large and very clean, the bathroom very modern (the tv was a nice touch!) and breakfast very delicious!

The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. It has a decent spa. The Havis restaurant and the very old Sundmans Krog brasserie are lovely. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. The quality for price was exceptionally high. Wonderful rooms with wonderful facilities. - Everything in decoration were working very well. It woud have been wonderfull to get breakfast downstairs belongoong to the price of the room foe examble just coffee and croisant.
