  arrived after 10PM clerk spoke limited English. Reservation confirmed.Extremely clean almost new room/ very close to what I wanted to do and the price excellent.   As they say, "The Devil Is In The Details." Normally I stay in El Poblado but I wanted to experience another area of Medellin. San Ignacio is the reason I will return to Medellin. Normally hotel rooms have TVs no more than 26". I had the smallest room but the TV was 32". The wall fan was ice cold. Also there was a wi-fi signal for EACH FLOOR! But this hotel wants a STRONG signal for its guests no matter where they are i - The staff is amazing, they go out of their way to help you. It's worth staying just for the staff. Especially Alejandra , very nice. It is in a great location there tons of little restaurants walking distance, there are always taxis right out front of the hotel. Also they have wifi (very good signal)the restaurant on the roof top is also very good and a bargain. And it also has a nice view. They also have flat screen tvs in every room with a lot of different channels (movies in English as well)
