  Great hotel and we had a lovely stay. They upgraded us to a bungalow for free. The manager and staff were super helpful even though our Spanglish was not great. They really bent over backwards and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was good, with options.   Great location, walk to everything, loads of eateries nearby short walk to the river. Air conditioned adequate breakfast, friendly staff - Staff was very friendly and helpful but need to increase English skills. Travel agency was great.

  Very good location, a bit remote but easy to reach by bus. It's amazing to wake up surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The owner will provide you with all the info you need to enjoy your stay in Leticia. Have fun ! - The place was amazing. It sits about 11 km outside of Leticia so you get a real feel of the Amazon.

  The hotel is new (as of Aug. 2013) and the rooms as well as the common area are very well kept and clean, nice design and decoration too... The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped me find transport to the inland and to buy the boat tickets to Iquitos. The location is good, close to the city center, ATMs, restaurants and even the airpor... vad folk säger » t is at walking distance if you don't want to pay a taxi (20 min.). It is also a safe area. - Great place to stay! It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We went on a overnight trip and were allowed to store bags there while we left. We booked with them again when we got back. We were also allowed to keep the room for a few extra hours before our flight which was a big help as they didn't need the room at the time. That was much appreciated

  Very friendly staff. First night I stayed in a very small dorm room, however, next day a bigger dorm room became available and I even got a double bed.
