I work as receptionist also (in 4-star hotel btw), and I must say that I really impressed by level of their hospitality and work quality. We felt really welcome here during our stay. They answered all our questions and helped us all the time. They were so nice with us helping and greeting all the times with a big wide smile on the face. They are really great! Rooms are big, clean and spacious. The place is just next to the metro station so there is no problem to get anywhere you want. I don't know if all the hutong hotels are like this one, - It was very close, within walking distance, of two of the most famous hutongs. Very comfortable beds with a modern bathroom.   Hey Beijing is Beijing. It's a super busy place; it's polluted (air) beyond belief. In itself, must be seen to believe. Kapok was on the door step of the forbidden city and tien'amen and very convenient for the purpose; to visit these.
