I work as receptionist also (in 4-star hotel btw), and I must say that I really impressed by level of their hospitality and work quality. We felt really welcome here during our stay. They answered all our questions and helped us all the time. They were so nice with us helping and greeting all the times with a big wide smile on the face. They are really great! Rooms are big, clean and spacious. The place is just next to the metro station so there is no problem to get anywhere you want.   Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the entrance. There are two entrances. The studio apartment is in a new building, and the building is a part of a closed structure of approx. 10 buildings such as this one. It is surrounded by a fence and there is a guard at the entrance (nice) (It's not like it is unsafe neighborhood). Inside there is a tennis court, and plenty of grass. Although it is not located in the city center, it's 10 minutes walk from mtr station (dongimen), than it takes about 4 stops to the Tiananmen square. The apartment is clean and big,
