  Jean Francois was an amazing host - told us about authentic Quebecois sites. Wish I was just a tourist and had more time - definitely coming back! - Rooms were very nice. Very clean. JeanFrancois very helpful in recommending restaurants.

  This quaint hotel is full of old world charm. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was more than accomodating. We arrived before noon and had no problem checking in early with no additional cost involved which allowed us plenty of time to tour old Quebec which was only a 5-10 minute walk away. It was well worth the m - Excellent location on pedestrian street near the fortified city. Hotel had excellent character and rooftop deck with a wonderful view. Wonderful and helpful staff with an excellent breakfast. I want to go back! By far the best accommodations of our entire trip with six different accommodations in different cities.

  Location! The hotel is in the old city and near the train station. Everything is within walking distance. The innkeeper is very helpful and makes a good breakfast!   Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. I have never stayed in such a luxurious suite. I didn't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Merci bien!
