  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

  Definitely the hospitality (of all the staff)! It was like having an extended family - everyone was so helpful, caring and friendly. Loved the quaintness of the rooms! We overlooked the park across the street - great view. Location is fantastic! Le Manoir is easily accessible along Rue St. Louis which runs from the Hotel Frontenac to the gates of the old city wall an - It was very easy to find and easy to get to wherever you walked in the city. Everything about the room was super comfortable! The staff was most helpful in telling us what resturants to try and what to do! We will be back and recommend it to others.

  The staff made our stay very pleasurable. They were very courteous, attended to our requests, always willing to give us information and assistance with directions, restaurants, etc. The location was the best--- right in the heart of the old city.   A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.   The staff were bilingual and it was easy to communicate in English, even though I wanted to practice my French. It was in a relatively good location just outside of the Old City and basically everything I wanted was within walking distance (did not take a cab or transit at all). The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the shower head was large and great for a hot shower aft - Beautifully appointed rooms and amenities. Wonderfully friendly bilingual staff. Across street, market specialising in local produce and products - we went in fall and all the fruits and vegetables were perfect. The local eateries were excellent. The Quebecois, like the French, KNOW how to eat, and they seemed always to ensure that when selling you any product, they gave you all the info you needed to ensure the best experience when eating or drinking it. I have never stayed in such a luxurious suite. I didn't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Merci bien!

  What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!
