Warm,friendly, helpful staff that were understandably proud of their lovely city. So appreciative of the folks at the Front Desk. Their tips on scheduling enabled us to catch wonderful outdoor performances that we would have missed if we hadn't known to make a point of seeing them on our first day of arrival. -

What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!!
Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!

Fresh , clean surroundings, outstanding staff, friendly , very helpful, always smiling, very welcoming, I come here every year now and love it, bravo to the new renovations. convenient location to food, sports, touring .. tried at the Hotel times once and will never return .. unfriendly staff, rude and I have never had that experience at Le Cofort

The room was extremely clean. I did not feel afraid to walk around barefoot in the room (being new helped).
We had a power failure that lasted over 2 hours. It would have been nice to have emergency safety lights in the rooms.
The breakfast had much to be desired. An addition of at least cerial would have been nice.
Fix those issues and the hotel would have been the best in every respect.

The location was excellent! It was near the highway and a very short drive from Old Quebec City and Montmerency Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with ease. They provided maps on how to get somewhere and then back to the hotel. That does not happen very often. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on

The Hotel was excellent. The room was designed very well and even had a computer in the room. There were plenty of power points to charge your phone. The bathroom was very modern with plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was great plenty of everything. The Hotel is situated about 15 minutes by car to the Old City of Quebec and there is plenty of parking available at a cost of $15 for the whole day. There is a large Shopping Centre within 3 minutes drive

The hotel was extremely comfortable, a large room with a very comfortable king size bed. The lift to the second floor was a bonus. While close to the highways, there was no traffic noise - making it convenient to travel to the city or other destinations. The 20% discount for breakfast at the co-locatend Normandin Restaurant was appreciated. The

If you have a car, it takes only 10 minutes to reach the old city and
fifteen minutes to reach the waterfall.
One of the hotel's reception staff was incredibly nice! In addition to the great service he offered us places worth seeing, issued us a map from Google and told us what time is best to visit everywhere.

everyone was great, helpfull and ,friendly from the reception staff to the dining room staff, I can;t say enough about the room clean with all the amenities ,that we needed, the bed was comfortable, I was traveling with my sister ,the girls at the front desk ,assissed us with how best to see Quebec city ,where to get the bus, which was right across from the hotel ,also the food was great in the dining room

Beautiful room decoration, wooden floors is a rare and great improvement; healthier than carpet as they very hard to keep clean, and much better for allergy sufferers. Breakfast was great and so was the staff (polite and all smiley)! -

The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! -

Port Royal is a fantastic hotel located in the heart of basse-ville (lower town). Our room 105 had original stones and wood beams dating from 1700´s. BEd is very comfortable, room decór is sooting and chic (shantung curtains, ceiling painted in grey-brown). Bedroom has a built in kithchenette very convenient. Hotel bar is really cool too. I would totally recommend future guests to head to local Quebec boulangerie named Paillard centrally located in Rue St Jean in Haute-ville (5min walt). Their
