  The staff was very friendly and helpful, let me keep my luggage in the luggage room all day after check out. Very clean and services very convent, the laundry was open late, kitchen facility, and the cafe off the lobby was great for early morning breakfast before a 9:00 am city tour.   Location was perfect for my needs - I could walk to pretty much everywhere I wanted to go; staff were very helpful and the bar downstairs had a great atmosphere and awesome music! The tours organised by the hostel were really good - I learnt a lot about the area and it was a great way to meet people. - The staff is really nice, all good guys both... vad folk säger » at the reception and the bar. Everybody is willing to help and to chat, I had a great time! The position is also awesome, the metro station is within a stone's throw from the hostel and the nearby area is good for clubbing at night.

  The first time I stayed I did not eat at the Indian resteraunt, but this time I did and it was excellent. Great salad bar, entrees and desserts. There was so much to choose from I didn't get a chance to try everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed very comfortable and the breakfast was also more than adequate. Not sure if there is anyother place in the city that the room rates and parking is - I was surprised to see a delightful Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. I did not get to eat there but it smelled wonderful from the moment I checked in. The hotel was very clean and seemed to have been remodeled recently. Carpet is not often that clean. The continental breakfast was more than usually offered. Staff were very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable & location was suitable. I will go back.

  I liked a lot the downtown location next to Concordia Unversity and the fact I could walk to nearby Crescent street bars and nightclubs. Dorm room and bed were clean, shared bathroom was ok too. Plus a free basic breakfast, excellent value, cheaper than a taxi ride home. - The staff at Bishop are grand. I had an amazing time there, and it attract... vad folk säger » s a great crowd of travellers. The hostel is laid back and warm, it was a real pleasure to stay in. Moreover, the beds were very comfortable, so was the bedding. The rooms were well kept.

  Love the location. The fact that is so quiet and could get a good night sleep. Love the beds and pillows The Wi-Fi actually works! Although we didn't take advantage this time, we really love having the option of breakfast in the morning (we will take advantage next time). We love the staff, very welcoming, professional, helpful and friendly - The hotel is a Victorian house and so had the more personal touch, the service was excellent and the location was very central to shopping etc. There was air conditioning available so we could adjust the room temperature accordingly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was hot and easy to use.
