The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. - The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.

The staff were very helpful. We stayed four nights with an overnight trip to Quebec City in the middle. They stored my large bag for the night. The hotel is very close to the train station and to a node shopping district. Great place to stay. -

The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is incredible, being a boutique hotel, they really got it right with the design. The room was exactly as depicted in the descriptions. The bed was phenomenal, I am a finicky sleeper and I had no trouble falling asleep. One quirk, the shutters open on the outside, meaning one can "peak" inside the bathroom. Lovely large room. Delicious food at the adjoining restaurant (Garcon!). Beautiful setting. Right downtown - walking distance to so many great shops. - Good ambience and nearer to my conference site.
