  They are good organized. We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation). Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment. There is a folder with your name, inside that folder there are all the... vad folk säger » info to reach your apartment, all the info for the parking, all the info for the kitchen as well for the WI-FI connection...and so on. The design ins - When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! I am really picky about the cleanliness of hotels and I could not find anything wrong with this one! Décor was current, the living room was cozy, furniture leather so easy to clean, my children bedro

  Much of the hotel has been remodeled and present website photo's do not do the rooms justice.Very clean, staff very helpful, stayed on canal side - a real jewel of a view, complimentary breakfast fresh and varied, 3 restaurants accross the street w/canal view.   The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. I can only recommend this hotel! - Everything - the location, the room, the service, the breakfast, the cleaniness. Exceptional front desk staff. Will be heading back in the next few months.

  Central and really friendly hotel where pets are welcome. We had an early start so we were offered and provided with a breakfast to go. I highly reccomend this hotel. - Good location. Very nice environment. Staff was friendly and helpful took the time to provide some tips on travelling in Belgium. Excellent breakfast.

  A lovely hotel very highly decorated very quirky!! The staff were very friendly and helpful always available to help with anything you needed. Our room was on the ground floor and very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. The rooms are well appointed with the bathrooms being outstandingly clean. The breakfast was lovely and the drinks very reasonably priced, we stayed with 2 more couples who were as equally impressed.
