We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation).
Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment.

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! I am really picky about the cleanliness of hotels and I could not find anything wrong with this one! Décor was current, the living room was cozy, furniture leather so easy to clean, my children bedro

The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. Central and really friendly hotel where pets are welcome. We had an early start so we were offered and provided with a breakfast to go. I highly reccomend this hotel. - Good location. Very nice environment. Staff was friendly and helpful took the time to provide some tips on travelling in Belgium. Excellent breakfast.
