  The location is very good, it's situated only 10 minutes walking from the city center, I a quiet street. The b&b was very clean and cozy and the room as all facilities we want. Rita, the hostess, is excellent, very friendly and helpful. She provides all information we need, as well as a map and a card for free parking. We deeply recommend this b&b! - Very homely B&B with friendly and helpful owner. Amazing room - light and spacious with enormous bed. Extremely comfortable and quiet. Fantastic breakfast delivered on a tray to your door. Small fridge and microwave in the room (actually in the bathroom, which I thought was odd at first but it actually makes good sense as the hum and any cooking smell is isolated from the bedroom). Highly recommended - I would definitely try to stay there again.

  The lady owner was very welcoming,helpful, friendly and informative. The room was spacious and it and the bathroom were very clean. For the price we paid it was excellent value. We have stayed in Bruges before and the location is on the fringes of the town however the central area is no more than a fifteen minute walk away. They are trying to make you as comfortable as possible. Light, fresh,modern remodeling of the house, very comfortable queen-size bed. The room is exactly as it's shown on the pictures. Bathroom is big,clean, with shower. You have to share it with your neighbours, but they told you this on the booking. It was great to have all necessary to make a cup of tea

  Everything. The rooms are large with great decor. The beds a large and comfy. The breakfast is right on the money also with home made preserves and breads various meats a fruits. The host Kelly can't do enough for you. Location wise it's perfect as your far enough out for free parking (ask Kelly for details when you get there) but only a 10 minute... vad folk säger » walk away from the city centre. I can usually find a problem but there really was nothing at all, perfect stay and great value. - Wonderful hosts make this a must stay in Bruges. Hire the bikes from Kelly for a tour of the old city's narrow streets during the day and finish the evening with a horse and cart from the town square after a meal at Rest. Cambrinus. If you're lucky the Glockenspiel concert at 9pm in the square will be on, it's free and not to be missed.

  Everything was fantastic from the arrival at Bruges station, when the owner Johan collected us in his car & took us on a mini tour of the city centre to orientate us. The house, which is run by him & his wife is absolutely beautiful, & our acommodation lacked for nothing. Especially loved the beautiful back garden: recipient, apparently, of many awards. We rented their bikes and Johan not only made sure that we had maps and emergency equipment but also sent us off with assurances that he would come rescue us should we encounter any problems!

  We absolutely loved our stay at B&B eleven and left wishing we had a couple more days. The room was large, spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Another highlight was the wonderful and extensive breakfast. The hosts were lovely and very helpful and the main square was only a 10 minute walk. Loved it! - Excellent Breakfast with cheese, ham, fruits, smoked salmon, fresh juice, coffee or tea etc Perfect location if you are travelling by car - you can park your car free not far from the hotel ( 5 minutes by foot) and you will stay at historic Brugge with 10 minutes walk to the central square. Nice minimalistic design, friendly staff I would sugget to eat at Ribs and Beer, it is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
