  Fint och välskött hotell. - All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception. They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it. This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country. The rooms looked clean and smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable though I'm not sure if they would be suitable if - - Very professional and efficient staff. - Comfortable beds (rather hard mattress which is a blessing for those who like/need it). - Excellent buffet breakfast (not the American/English variety but still one of the best we had in such hotel category) - Pretty fast free WiFi Internet with a good coverage - Close to the Metro (U-Bahn) station (some 200-300 meters), so a little bit shady neighborhood is not a big deal - Nice choice of International TV channels

  The hotel was in a good location, a short walk to the u-bahn and close a huge shopping strip. You can also walk to the main sites of Vienna which we did as the weather was lovely on our visit. The room itself was clean, the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of foods.   Very good location - next to the U/S-Bahn stations. In 10 min you are next to the big attraction - the Wheel - symbol of Vienna. If you travel by bus from Student Agency it stops almost next to the hotel. In general everything was ok. It's conveniently located close to a major subway station so moving around Vienna is not a problem. The staff was willing to answer any questions. WiFi works great.

  We really liked the large room since it had 1 king bed and then 2 twin beds in a separate room so that the children could sleep in there. Very easy access to the metro. Very quiet. - very good hotel. Cannot find any fault whatsoever. Location perfect for what we wanted. Staff excellent, will be returning very soon.

  Of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip to Krakow, Salzburg and Vienna, the Hotel Savoy Garni was our absolutely our favorite! The women behind the front desk when we checked in was warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and graciously answered all of our questions. While the room was a bit small, it was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comf... vad folk säger » ortable, and the bathrooms (one for the toilet and one for the sink and tub/shower) had the most amazing hot shower! The underground and city map the - Location was fabulous, a few minutes walk from the museum quarter, 15mins or so to st stephens catherdral and the shopping streets, underground only a few minutes walk, supermarket across the street, cafe and restaurants galore. Street is parallel to a street with more shoes, handbags and clothing stores you could wish for, staff very obliging all in all a great hotel.
