  Everything was perfect. One of the best appartments or hotel I have ever stayed in. Great peaceful location with beautiful views. Wonderful meadow nearby, cosy garden. The house itself is also great, with nice wooden interior and lovely atmosphere. Very spacious room with large balcony. Everything was very clean and fresh.   friendly, helpful staff. comfortable room spectacular setting interesting, beautiful area We were planning on staying one night and extended for two because we enjoyed it so much. - The staff were so friendly, amazing breakfast, so close to the most amazing hikes up the alps! Will be back in winter for some skiing!

  The surroundings are absolutely fantastic with beautiful Mountains. The staff were very generous and friendly and it was a joy spending the night at their lovely land-hotel. The children loved the animals and the playground/toys. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everybody wishing to relax and enjoy Mountains.

  Where to start???? There are so many great quality items that make this a wonderful place to stay, and great value for what you experience. Every staff member had a very pleasant personality. Cleanliness, decor and breakfast were exceptional. We stayed in the apartment with small kitchen option. Close to freeway, McD, and a Kabap take out. The layout and furniture was also very good, modern and comfortable. staff was very nice and friendly and the babies/kids facilities (baby cot, playground etc.) were very nice. The view from the windows was of nice nature and green hills. Located close to main roads, but anyway silent and peaceful. Shopping and cities easily reachable by car, within just a few minutes drive.

Super clean room, literally spotless.You'll feel very at home, room design and dinning room is very homey.Bed sheets smelled like sunshine and flowers :) Room comes with a double bed aaand an extra single, very family-friendly. I walked from the nearby football field and saw the horses first. House took me a bit of time to - Very nice B&B. We had two rooms of 3, both with balconies with views of the mountains. Rooms were large enough and beds were comfortable. Good shower. Adrian and Jillian were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful in planning our stay. It's in Obertraun which is a 3 minute ride to Hallstat so total access to the entire area. I would highly recommend the 45 minute walk from Rye Haus along the beautiful river with the mountains all around you to a 5 Star restaurant. Best meal we had in our 2
