  Breakfast was first class ,room decor great, staff very courteous - Location of hotel excellent - at end of Judengasse near Mozartplatz in the Old City. The Deluxe Room was really a suite, well furnished and quite comfortable with many coneniences.

  Hotel was very nice, I enjoyed the fitness area, but would like biggerswimmingpool...And I enjoyed my room very much and the bath tub! - the cleaning, the non-smoking floors, the quality of the room, the excellence on the staff and the courtesy of the reception.

  Everything was very clean. The hotel, the restaurant, the swimming pools. Room was big enough for the 4 of us. The hotel has indoor and outdoor facilities for children, with very friendly staff. They were organizing all kind of activities for children. The restaurant provides very good choices for each meal and also a good variety of meals for chi... vad folk säger » ldren. Food was excellent. Service was very good. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone could speak English. Locatio - I could not fault this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, diligent and caring. It seemed like the "boss" a slim lady, worked alongside everyone and generaed a great working spirit. Right alongside the lift, can't beat the location. Good beer and food. Excellent all round.

  Location is absolutely perfect, directly on the banks of the river with a 2 minute walk to Altstadt in one direction and a 2 minute walk to night life and Mirabel castle in the other direction.   This was a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. We had a gorgeous room with a view over the park. The staff were kind and friendly. Will definately return to this hotel - I liked the room, very large and comfortable. I also appreciated the free internet use in the business center.

  The very friendly staff. Everyone was very concerned about our well being. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was very good and had a lot of options for everyone and the activities planned by the hotel were a lot of fun.
