Breakfast was first class ,room decor great, staff very courteous - Location of hotel excellent - at end of Judengasse near Mozartplatz in the Old City. The Deluxe Room was really a suite, well furnished and quite comfortable with many coneniences.

Уютно - Hotel was very nice, I enjoyed the fitness area, but would like biggerswimmingpool...And I enjoyed my room very much and the bath tub! - the cleaning, the non-smoking floors, the quality of the room, the excellence on the staff and the courtesy of the reception.

We had a lovely large triple room, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, warm and comfy, lovely large bathroom, great breakfast, within easy walking distance of the centre of Salzburg and 2 minutes to the train station, unassuming and friendly multi-lingual staff, fast checkout. The breakfast was good (but get there early to get a taste of everything). The room was very nice and clean. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel.

Everything was very clean. The hotel, the restaurant, the swimming pools. Room was big enough for the 4 of us.

I could not fault this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, diligent and caring. It seemed like the "boss" a slim lady, worked alongside everyone and generaed a great working spirit. Right alongside the lift, can't beat the location. Good beer and food. Excellent all round.

The rooms are exceptionnally large and clean, with nice furniture. The hotel is quiet, though located absolutely nearby the center of the city (8 to 10 minutes from downtown). The restaurant of the hotel, though we didn't have the chance to test it apart of breakfast, is excellent. Good air conditioning, and overall excellent price/quality value

This was a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. We had a gorgeous room with a view over the park. The staff were kind and friendly. Will definately return to this hotel - I liked the room, very large and comfortable.
