  Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption.   We stayed in the two/three bed-roomed apartment. The apartment was well equipped for our needs and very well situated just across the river from the old town. The member of staff that greeted us on our arrival at 10.30 pm was very friendly and accommodating.   High quality hotel with friendly, informative staff and many little extras. Our room, in the Villa, was more of a suite and very well presented. The location is close to bus routes, only a short walk into the centre of Salzburg and but in a quiet area.
