Views of the ocean ( we had a first floor apartment) facilities and ammenities of the apartment(.2 large bedrooms with king and queen beds-TVS in both bedrooms and living room-ensuite with spa bath and 2nd bathroom- 2 toilets- spacious and quiet. Was abit worried because apartments are behind the petrol station, but there was no noise at all- wouldn't have even known the petrol station was there - actually very convenient for ice creams after tea!! Couldn't have asked for more - and the cafe downstairs was open on Good Friday! Apartment was clean and serviced well. The staff were great. I booked the wrong Punt Hill and they changed me over to the China Town Punt Hill . It must have been a pain for them but they were very friendly and I appreciated that very much. I'd book into this one again for a lot of reasons. I like people who don't make a big deal about things and just get on with it. The managers made our family very welcome and our stay was really great. I am looking forward to going back.

Reasonably Quiet location for a good nights sleep in the comfortable bed. Enjoyed the bath/spa too !
Extra payment for car parking was clearly explained by staff but all ok. Just next door and undercover. Not a problem !

The spa was a great (very big) and the room was very spacious. I liked the little balcony area too. They had free private parking and it was only a few minutes walk to the main shops and restaurants. I loved sitting out to watch the sun rise over the beach in the morning. -

The staff were fantastic. We had to leave luggage as we arrived early. This included a large box not heavy but cumbersome. When we returned at check in time we received a bottle of wine and help with our belongings to the 41st floor with fantastic views. Spacious apartments with all amenities. Not too far from shopping in Bourke St Mall. -

Extremely clean apartment and very friendly and helpful reception staff. We visited Melbourne in the middle of a 4 week holiday in Australia and wanted somewhere with laundry facilities to do a mid-holiday wash. The apartment was very well-appointed and felt like a little home away from home which was very welcome at the halfway point of our holiday. The apartments are situated right next to a medium sized supermarket which was very convenient.

I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital.
