I stayed here with my parents for two nights. We had a two bedroom apartment on the middle level. It was very spacious (including two bathrooms) with comfortable beds, spare blankets, ... The furniture was modern and looked brand new - I would be really happy to live in an apartment like that! There was plenty of parking and the apartments were an easy walk to the supermarket and good restaurants like La Bimba (see separate review!). The wifi in the rooms was free and quick. Was abit worried because apartments are behind the petrol station, but there was no noise at all- wouldn't have even known the petrol station was there - actually very convenient for ice creams after tea!! Beach and beach access straight across the roa. We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments. It was extremely clean and had great kitchen facilities. It was walking distance to all of the main shops and the beach. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. Very clean, with up to date facilities. Wifi connection was important to us. Large balcony added to our enjoyment as we sat out there most of the time even when it was stormy, it was very pleasant. Excellent apartments Spacious With all amenities available. We liked the website and we were impressed with the feedback comments however we the treatment we received from your manager was appalling and we would never come back or recommend. That we couldn't stay longer!. Nothing. We were on the first floor so our views of the sea were a little inhibited...we knew this when we booked...however, if you did want to spend the extra money, it would be magnificent up on the top floor. Nothing to dislike. Well, the ocean view was partially blocked by a petrol station but I knew that even when booking. So, no surprises there. Got to clean up your own apartment as they only provide housekeeping for longer stays as mine is only a 2-night stay. Not manager's fault but we could not use the balcony as neighbours spent most time on their balcony, smoking. This is a problem if allergic to smoke (asthma). The lack of any face washers was a little bit of a problem. It was a pity that the service station in front of the building blocked some of the ocean views. Nothing really. It was good value for money for a 2 bedroom self serviced apt . Would recommend it to others. Just minor things - towels were poor quality for 4-5 star rated accommodation, main bedroom should have at least sheer curtain for privacy. Nothing. There was only one bin in the apartment, but when we emptied it we discovered there were separate recycling bins. We would have preferred to separate out our rubbish, as we do at home. Please provide 2 bins!. Nothing. nothing. towels are very flimsy. Bath in main bedroom. On holiday from NZ and we received the news on our way my brother in law had passed away in NZ suddenly. We explained this to Ari on our arrival our stay may be shortened, no compassion and he still charged us for 3 days when we stayed 2.
