  The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly". The management might want to survey guests to see if the dinner music is as much a "value added" factor as they think. Clean ,comfortable and very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

The room decor matched very well with the view of pine trees and resort being located away from the busy Sedona area. The food at their restaurant was the best I had in Sedona. Excellent wine also! Breakfast was also homemade, fresh, healthy and tasty. Staff were very poactive. It was one of the best places we stayed in for a long time.

The manager Dory was extremely helpful and amicable.
