The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly".

Spacious room with balcony overlooking river. Clean ,comfortable and
very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were
exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service
to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and
an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and
sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

Staff was outstanding from check in to check out. Hotel is very well kept, good layout, & great central Sedona west location. Near Uptiwn, shops, galleries & places to eat without having hassle if crowds too near.

We loved the beauty of the creekside cabin, the cabin itself is well appointed with fireplaces we kept crackling in the evening, a kitchen in which we whipped up soup and panini, and a comfy bed in which to rest and relax. We will return.

of us stayed in a 2 br, 2 ba suite, the furnishings are beautiful, the
bedding luxurious. Patio doors to an outside patio from the living room

I loved this place, the room was perfect each evening homemade cookies
awaited us. The bed was super comfortable, view amazing, and it also had
a large bath tub. Breakfast was also homemade, fresh, healthy and tasty.
Staff were very poactive. It was one of the best places we stayed in for
a long time.

want to get out of them. Very clean, plenty of hot water. Delicious
breakfast, especially the granola that was best we ever tasted! The
manager Dory was extremely helpful and amicable. And the night desk
personnel (sorry about name) was very helpful also. -
