  Our stay at the Honu Kai B&B was fantastic: A wonderful location (great garden and beautiful and very clean rooms), furious tasting breakfast, many great tips/guidance to explore, and - finally - exceedingly nice hosts making you feel like a family visit :-) We fully enjoyed our time there and hope coming back soon!

  Loved the Rain Forest outside our 3 glass sided walls and the privace, can hardly see another cabin. Staff placed nice selection of snacks, teas, etc in room. Also, short 10-15 min drive to Volcano. Good referral to Warren Costa Native Guide Hawaii which we used for private tour of volcano park. - We were surrounded by nature outside, and by... что говорят » luxury inside. The hotel was perfectly clean and well equipped. It was quiet and private. The bed was super comfortable. There were good restaurants just down the road.

  Welcoming staff, very thoughtfully and well appointed room, which was spotlessly clean. Ocean views are beautiful. - Quiet and classy. Away from town, but close enough.

  Charlotte and John are wonderful hosts, and their daughter (I forgot her name), too! Supper sweet friendly and considerate. There is a big porch with comfortable chairs/sofas/tables, with nice surrounding. The sitting room has huge window, and it's full of information (maps, informative postcard, wall photos, books, brochures..... ) There are a f... что говорят » ridge and a microwave for guest use. We wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. Good location for exploring the Hamakua Coast, Hilo, Sad - The pictures and details of this B&B were exactly as advertised. It was a perfect location for our visit to the big island. Close to volcanoes national park, mauna kea, downtown Hilo,akaka falls plus other sites we were not aware of. John and Charlotte made us feel like family and they provided great tips for places we wanted to visit.   We stayed for 3 nights in February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Terrie (the owner) is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of the local area she provided us with lots of information about what to see and do - and there is quite a lot, stuff you don't read about in the regular travel books. We stayed in the Ohana suite which had a very c... что говорят » omfortable bed, kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and portable stove top. Everywhere was very clean and the accommodation is in a very peaceful lo - It´s perfect! Our suite was comfortable, clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! (Fresh papaya with other fruits and yoghurt, and freshly baked bread or muffins). Location is absolutely wonderful, very tropical. Wifi worked great. Pahoa is a good base to start many excursions, even though it´s on the rainy side of the island.
