For the price, this is exceptional value for money. It's not the Hilton, but what do you expect for such a cheap rate? Everything you need, great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair

The goal to surpass our expectations! It was reflected in the warm cookies at checkin, quick check-in, free and fast wifi, hassle free billing correction, free shuttle to universal studios.
Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.

Everything was amazing. Love the indoor pool and hot tubs. Breakfast was very impressive, rooms great size and setup. I will go back to Orlando to stay Just because of this hotel. Great Job Guys! -

I was really surprised at the size and amenities of the room for its
price; I was expecting much less. The room was absurdly large with a
sleeper couch, two televisions, and a mini kitchen equipped with a
microwave and refrigerator (both of which we used). It was fairly quiet

We had fantastic customer service from your reception staff. We would like to make a special comment about Charlotte. We had a situation with Florida express shuttle where we had major problems with getting picked up over a period of 3 hours. She tried many times to phone express shuttle to try and fix the problem. She couldn't do enough for us in the situation we were in.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable.
