  On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked. ... 别人怎么说 » This he did. We decided to go to Recep - Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

  The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair Kit!   Everything was amazing. Love the indoor pool and hot tubs. Breakfast was very impressive, rooms great size and setup. I will go back to Orlando to stay Just because of this hotel.   I was really surprised at the size and amenities of the room for its price; I was expecting much less. The room was absurdly large with a sleeper couch, two televisions, and a mini kitchen equipped with a microwave and refrigerator (both of which we used). We had a situation with Florida express shuttle where we had major problems with getting picked up over a period of 3 hours. She tried many times to phone express shuttle to try and fix the problem. She couldn't do enough for us in the situation we were in.
