Everyone was so friendly and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we would be comfortable. They even suggested that we might want to change our room because they were afraid that being on a lower floor we'd be bothered by the noise of the street! Then they checked on us to make sure we were not bothered by the noise at all. our second stay here. We live locally but have events in SF. This hotel is our first choice. Fab location and Hotel. We had a corner room which looked out to the ferry building and the street cars. Hip boutique hotel.
This visit the only - was the fan constantly blowing in the room/bath. I slept in the robe for I was cold. If I turned on the heat the room would have been hot for the others. easy to walk around and pick up a cab here.

Attention, location, all of the guys of the staff except the red haired

The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -

Good and a clean place for the money.
The staff were courteous and it is a simple and an inexpensive place to stay if you want something on a low budget. Walking distance to movies, and great ethnic asian cuisine. -
I liked that is was pet friendly at no extra charge. Once we got the
handicapped room, it was perfect. The beds were comfortable.

The staff was wonderful. The parking was ok. tight spaces. Our car got a good size scratch from the car that parked next to us. Since is it on Lombard street we were happy that they had onsite parking, instead of having to park on the busy street. Continental breakfast was ok. -
