Everyone was so friendly and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we would be comfortable. They even suggested that we might want to change our room because they were afraid that being on a lower floor we'd be bothered by the noise of the street! Then they checked on us to make sure we were not bothered by the noise at all. When I needed assistance with my computer, they helped immediately and they printed out what I needed at the front desk free of charge. Everyone was SO nice. Th

When leaving our luggage after our early morning arrival, we LOVED the fact that they let us check in to our room several hours early! our second stay here. We live locally but have events in SF. This hotel is our first choice. Fab location and Hotel. We had a corner room which looked out to the ferry building and the street cars. Hip boutique hotel.
This visit the only - was the fan constantly blowing in the room/bath. I slept in the robe for I was cold. If I turned on the heat the room would have been hot for the others. easy to walk around and pick up a cab here.

I really enjoyed this property. I have never stayed at hostel and was weary about this. When first speaking to the staff they made feel welcome. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was strong. very clean and eco-friendly. location was great. two blocks from union square, public transportation and ticket booth. Great restaurant around the area

The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -

Good and a clean place for the money.
The staff were courteous and it is a simple and an inexpensive place to stay if you want something on a low budget. Walking distance to movies, and great ethnic asian cuisine. -
I liked that is was pet friendly at no extra charge. Once we got the
handicapped room, it was perfect. The beds were comfortable.

It was very close to all the public transportation we were using, they held our luggage for the day before we could check in, the room was recently renovated and very cute, free breakfast was ok with a few healthier options, big bang for you buck I was very pleased overall, way nicer than any other Super 8s I have stayed at -

... o que as pessoas dizem » lly what I hoped, as the downtown of SF is the best place to be to discover the city and surrounding, the hotel is clean and tidy, with available WiFi in rooms, I didn't have a city view from my room but it was very quiet all day and night which I liked the most. It's a great value for money
