  Friendly staff and Clean ( renovated ) rooms. Excellent location and family place - Staff gave special attention to our stay. For the money paid, the service was excellent. Prices at Mid Towne Suites were about half of some of the other hotels we priced.   I was thrilled and very very pleased to discover that Biltmore Suites was not your run of the mill hotel and LOVED the fact that its in a historic building with more charm than I've seen in a hotel in many moons! The staff was exceedingly helpful and very accommodating. I would highly recommend the Suites to a - The staff are great and so nice. They are welcoming from the minute you walk in and always introduce themselves. I feel bad I can't remember their names to give them a shout out but everyone was great. The place is perfectly located and is charming. It is cozy but not posh at all. I like the fact that it has a microwave, fridge and good size rooms. Made us feel at home. The outdoor terrace courtyard is wonderful! Like the furniture.

The complimentary shuttle really came in handy because the hotel is a bit removed from the Inner Harbor and parking there on your own can be a bit of a hassle.
