  One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon .   We were plesantly surprised with our accomodations based on reviews we saw. We had an end room so noise wasn't a problem. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel gym was great, though one of the attendants was a little intrusive and wouldn't let us work out in peace. Luckily, he was only there one day. The location was great!   We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home.   The location was a couple of blocks and a five minute walk from the inner harbor. Our room (901) had plenty of space and was pretty quiet (except for the usual city truck noises and sirens).   The room was clean and comfortable. The exercise room was MUCH better than I expected. Most Hotels only have a small room with a couple of pieces of equipment. You have 3 exercise bikes, 4 treadmills, 3 or 4 elliptical trainers, Several large screen TVs to watch. A nice set of nautilus equipment and an assortment of free weight dumb bells. We were there for a college graduation at 1st Mariner Center, across the street, so it could not have been more convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and the overall condition of the hotel very good. Parking was also convenient, safe and fairly priced.
