We loved the view, the size, the stove and refrigerator, and location to Central Park West. I will stay here again! We were accommodated hospitably as a family, as I only made this reservation last week. We were only here for the Macy's Parade. We also appreciated the location of the hotel from the MTA subway. The rooms were beautifully appointed in contemporary tasteful decor. Comfortable seating. Great flat screen TV. Bed was super comfortable and linens were really elegant. Bathroom setup was fantastic. My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting
nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the services offered (modern apartment with plenty of space, full set of cooking / eating tools, two high quality TV sets including one good size LCD screen, free WiFi in the room

Wehave stayed at several other trendy 4 star hotels in the area and thiswas far better than any of those! As a plus they offered Freecomputer/printer/internet use.
