  We really liked the Belnord's location. It is in a quiet street close to Central Park, in the Upper West Side. It is only one block away from the subway station where Line 3 takes you all the way to Lower Manhattan without changing trains. The hotel room is small and the bathroom is really very compact, but that is the norm in New York.   Great little quiet hotel for the inexpensive price. My 3 friends and I from California all stayed here together, we had two rooms with a connecting bathroom and it worked out perfect. I had read that people had problems with the shower changing from hot to cold which I didn't experience but my friends did. We all laughed about it as it was no big ... что говорят » deal. Before deciding on the hotel I read some review where people complained about funny smells in the hallway that we did not experience on our flo - We were 3 friends staying at the hotel who had 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathroom which always had hot water. We each got a bed as there is a pullout bed which was just as comfy as the single bed. There was also a double bed with wardrobes and hangers. The room was spotless and we had our towels changed and beds made every day.   The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating.
