Number 1 is cleanliness and it starts in the lobby and continues to the room which makes your day after a long drive. I always look for white bedding. The staff were very friendly which also makes your day. The breakfast was all anyone could ask for! Keep up the good work! -

Very nice clean room with friendly staff. I questioned my bill because I
had tried to get a Senior discount rate when I checked in but was told
that since I had booked through a 3rd party, I.E. Bookings.com, they

We were given a promotional invitation of $49 dollars for one night
stay. When we got there we found out that it was not honored because
we had booked our stay through letsbookhotel.com, we were not aware that it

The staff was awesome. The facility is gorgeous and promotes a relaxed
atmosphere. We left our Sting concert tickets on our dining table, and
the waitress and manager brought them to the hotel entry to find us and
give them back! Amazing!

We really like they accomodated getting us on their shuttle van to the Cross Center for the Hank Concert. My fiance tried purchasing movies in rm 105, and for some reason it would not allow us to, so in order to make up for it, they gave us breakfast vouchers. maintained. The only negative is that the restaurant closed at 9 pm and
room service closed at 10 pm. We were at an area event and didn't
