Easy check in/out. Close to shopping aeas. Breakfast had a good selection. Very accommodating to our requests. We appreciated the complimentary "welcome" bag upon our arrival in our room. -

We were given a promotional invitation of $49 dollars for one night
stay. When we got there we found out that it was not honored because
we had booked our stay through letsbookhotel.com, we were not aware that it
wasn't the casino's website or that we were going to have to
pay full price to stay, $199. We drove two hours to get there and

The staff was awesome. The facility is gorgeous and promotes a relaxed
atmosphere. We left our Sting concert tickets on our dining table, and
the waitress and manager brought them to the hotel entry to find us and
give them back! Amazing!

Staff was really nice. Room small but perfect for my needs. I had my dog so they put me on the first floor close to the front door. Great parking! I was pulling a trailer and had no problems. -

We really like they accomodated getting us on their shuttle van to the Cross Center for the Hank Concert. My fiance tried purchasing movies in rm 105, and for some reason it would not allow us to, so in order to make up for it, they gave us breakfast vouchers. maintained. The only negative is that the restaurant closed at 9 pm and
room service closed at 10 pm. We were at an area event and didn't
get back until 11 pm. Only food available was snack machine.

Breakfast was included. This wasn't a regular hotel breakfast where you had to go early and hope that their was food leftover- buffet style. This breakfast was laid out, where you could make your own! The staff were very friendly and helpful.The accommodations were adequate, although I would have preferred one queen or king, rather than two double beds.
Overall we were quite satisfied.
Appreciated the shuttle to the airport and parking at the hotel
