Gave us great advice on the best ways to get around, there was a free shuttle to Newark penn that picked us up for free at almost 2 am, the guards on the night shift went out of their way to show us the roof patio ( under their supervision!!!) even though it was about to be locked up for the night, and the ladies who set out the breakfast meal were so kind- no weird looks for my strange food requests and pajama clad self, and without even asking they helped me car

When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
