We stayed here one night because of the proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. The rooms were comfortable and the cafe open all day when we needed it. I would often stop at the little restaurant in the evenings inside the hotel to have a bite to eat, which I was greatful for being open late!

The hotel room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very impressive. Hotel staff were extra friendly, helpful, and attentive. Although we were only there for one night to catch an early flight, I would definitely book here again without question. Well done! -

Both my son and I had a wonderful stay at The Robert Treat Hotel. I use to live in Newark many years ago and have been in Florida for over 20 years so it was absolutely fantastic to stay at this hotel which i knew of since I was a little girl. The staff was beyond helpful!! Gave us great advice on the best ways to get around, there was a free shuttle to Newark penn that picked us up for free at almost 2 am, the guards on the night shift went out of their way to show us the roof patio ( under their supervision!!!) even though it was about to be locked up for the night, and the ladies who set out the breakfast meal were so kind- no weird looks for my strange food requests and pajama clad self, and without even asking they helped me car

This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
