the layout of the hotel was very welcoming for the price...the staff was friendly and i felt at home there....im planning on staying there every month when i go to new york..the food was ummm umm good. i think i gained about 5 lbs in the 3 days i was there...lol...we really loved it... - nice lobby, friendly staff, free wireless internet, cozy room

Breakfast better than I had expected it might be; minor glitches (eg air con stopped) fixed immediately; location was fine (on the E subway; good access to JFK and downtown) lots of choice for easy eating. Low price, compare to other NY hotels - The hotel was very nice. The room was very comfortable, everything was new and sparkling clean, well kept. The location is convenient: 2 minutes walk to subway and 5 seconds walk to the bus that takes you to JFK. The value for this location in a big city was outstanding. The convenient breakfast to start the day was appreciated very much. The ease of checkout was nice. And the hotel staff at check out called for a car service to the airport and that was very quick. Loved the fact that they have rooms for smokers. That is very important to us. -

The hotel is very family friendly which you could relax by enjoying swimming pool plus sunbaking after back from Disney Worlds. Staff is excellent & helpful. The 2-bedrooms with a living room especially with a kitchen is a plus which is allowed us to enjoy our late supper while our family stayed up talking until midnight.
