Really great friendly service from staff. I needed many changes in theroom to accomodate grandchildren. They did a great job, quickly. A convenint location for staying overnight near jfk Airport. After
landing, we took the Air Train to Federal Circle where they have phones
which are connected to the various nearby hotels. After calling, we
waited 20 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive to take us to the

Shuttle - arrived within ten minutes of my call from the courtesy phone at JFK Fed. Circle - great as I was travelling alone and worried about waiting around at 11pm.
Shuttle dropped off at requested terminal in the morning.
Receiption staff very polite and efficient.
Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great.
All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.

Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from
airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was
helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle

This is a great hotel for a stay before or after a trip with connecting flights. Close to JFK airport, not close to the city. Complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Not really for a long stay but I've stayed here four times for my Long Island visits. Front desk very friendly and recognized me as a frequent quest. Breakfast buffet

The free shuttle was waiting for us at 12.30 am when we arrived on the last leg of our flight from Sydney, Australia via Nadi and Los Angeles so it was a great end to our long journey. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better.
Room was a great size, really comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Thanks for a great stay.

This resort was great as a one day stopover for flights in and out of JFK. 5-10 min from the airport and they runs shuttles every half hour. Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and efficient. Able to walk quickly to get some food was a plus. Small breakfast and coffee available -

Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40

This hotel is well managed and is a fair travel from Toronto but the price is good and very good public transport into Toronto via bus and train. Wifi was good and free breakfast was nice. Staff went out of their way to assist with my every need. -
