The young man that worked at the desk, I think his name was Terrance. He was from Ypsilanti, Michigan. You could not have a better front desk person. Not only did he help with tour info and taxi call but he stepped out and straightened up the lobby. It was clear that he was a part of the organization and proud of where he worked. Bravo! -

The breakfast staff was helpful in getting us out of there quickly as we had a plane to catch early in the am. All in all a good experience and we will probably use this Hilton for next years trip.

It was a very pretty hotel.
very helpful staff they printed my boarding pass when I could not do it myself. the shuttle to airport was on time. we had lunch and dinner at kiki;s on the property the food was excellent and staff friendly. loved the modern décor of the hotel and overall look was fresh and new. -

We were doing a cruise and this is good place for pre-cruise night or two as provides free transfer to port but otherwise location ordinary unless you have vehicle. Very nice rooms and on-site cafe was good for both evening meals and breakfast which is included. -

Fantastic value for money. Large roomy suite like bedroom - everywhere sparkling and new. Pool warm, staff excellent, shuttle service to and fro cruiseport and/or airport comfortable and efficient. Me and my Wife got to the Bridge and checked in after they picked us up from the Airport (free). The Manager asked me for our passports for identification and suddenly i realised i left both passports on the plane. our host, Jorge was really on the ball as far as keeping in contact with us on our way there, since our flight was very delayed. He was very professional and accomodating the whole time. They just couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable. We liked the rooms. Getting to the ship was very easy and well organized.
