One of your employees, Tim, at the valet counter out front absolutely made our one day stay a complete success. As a stop over before Key West, Tim arranged our transportation to a perfect restaurant he recommended. He also saved the day when our rental car fell through the next morning. He had us fixed up in about 10 minutes and on our way. Tim, you are the best!!!

Sheraton is a Four star hotel but through Booking. Com we got a room for $177 for 2 nights. It's in a great location, safe and minutes away from the airport and Dania beach. We stayed on the 6th floor with a great view of Florida sky.

It is everything in the kitchen. You can cook, use microwawe, there is a huge refrigerator. Ideal for last night before flight, but as i saw, they bring you with shuttle bus to the city, too. You can eat eggs and bacon for breakfast, not only sweets.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was very quick & convenient. Stay was cuteous and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The free shuttle to the mall was also very nice. -

Our flight was delayed but there were no issues checking in near midnight. Very clean and perfect for our needs - we took the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel that night and the next morning to the cruise port. We arrived at midnight on 1/18 after a very long flight only to find
we had no reservation in the system even though we had a letsbookhotel.com
confirmation in hand. Jessica F. at the front desk found us a room. She
couldn't have been more gracious and helpful to two very tired
travelers.

Check in was efficient and quickly completed. The room was great; the rate was good; the parking lot for our car was lighted well; breakfast was excellent; transport to the cruise ship was expeditious. Pickup after the cruise was also well done. Will recommend and stay again. -

Staff were excellent specially Patrick, Vivian and Gwen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 days pre-cruise and 2 days post cruise. Our connecting flight was delayed on arrival so we phoned from Chicago and spoke to Gwen, she assured us the booking was fine and not to worry about any thing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were just coming off a cruise ship and arrived several hours prior to expected check in yet they had rooms ready and let us into them right away. We also had a late flight the next day and they let us stay in the room for two hours past check out and then held our bags while we had lunch. We got back from our cruise at 8 am and went straight to the hotel the nice man at the desk took our luggage and told us to help ourselves to breakfast. He put us on a waiting list and called us an hour before check in when we were shopping that our room was ready. It was nice. The rooms would be perfect for a week or so stay because of the full kitchen and living room. Decent breakfast. Overall we enjoyed it and would go back!
