  Although a very old building our room was spacious, quiet and furnished with high quality furniture. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was really delicious and cooked to order on this visit as there were few guests the night we stayed. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely book here on our next visit to Hayling ... что говорят » Island. - Friendly staff, good food apart from my desert.   Easy access from main road. Parking available. Friendly and helpful hostess. Cosy and comfortable room and bed. Delicious breakfast - more than enough! - did not feel at all rushed to finish - nice and relaxed. - The beds very good and had no problem sleeping .   Friendly staff, super meals, comfortable beds and lovely old building, yes it was slightly tired, worn carpets ect.., but if I wanted modern and new I would have booked another hotel. There was lashings of hot water, heating on full, crisp white linen on beds and duvets.
