  Although a very old building our room was spacious, quiet and furnished with high quality furniture. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was really delicious and cooked to order on this visit as there were few guests the night we stayed.   Very cheap night away and the bar is fantastic at £1.70 a pint , staff were great even had a number for the local takeway. There was lashings of hot water, heating on full, crisp white linen on beds and duvets. The rooms were clean and comfortable which is what I expect when I stay at Premier Inn and just over the main road (but I couldn't hear the traffic) the location was ideal to where we wanted to be.
