Top quality hotel at very reasonable rates. Modern comfortable rooms well furnished with all facilities including iron and ironing board. (why don't all hotels provide this?) Modern clean bathroom with powerfull shower as well as full size bath and no shortage of hot water. We definately will be using this hotel for future business trips Excellent

Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Food was first class and the rooms clean and comfortable. we will definately use Holiday Inn in future. - The staff were very friendly. check in and check out was very quick. would stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends.

The hotel is located within comfortable walking distance of the train station which was excellent for me and my family as I am partially disabled. The new Premier Inn is very well set out with the restaurant and bar and lots of seating on the ground floor and easy access to lifts. We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail. my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality.

Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf.
After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were
pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late
time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food
that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and
also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my
local! Getting to the lg Arena was alos a doddle tahnks to the monorail

I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you
with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice
and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Took us 10 minutes
to walk there and they've signposted it. Really enjoyed our stay and
next time we visit the lg for a concert well be returning.

As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was
very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a
concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but
again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi
to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy
the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very
organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very
good with good sized portions.

The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!
