  We were able to book in an hour early and not only that, the ownersGiovanni and Barbara, even upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost as itwas available! The room itself was fantastic - very clean, comfortableand tasteful. The beds were so comfy and well dressed. We were just soimpressed.   We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail.   I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

  The staff were brilliant, very friendly towards children. Breakfast was good, more than enough choice with continental option, my partner had full English which was cooked to order. Sammy the waitress was lovely and even got fried bread for our daughter! Room was clean, bathroom spotless and giant tv a bonus, especially with the children.   Located at one end of the High Street with easy access to the town. Queen sized comfortable bed dominated the room, but there was adequate storage for clothes, and tea/coffee facilities. Good cooked breakfast - Staff were excellent and very helpful. Perfect location near to all the eateries. Thanks for a nice stay!
