The warm and friendly welcome, fresh cooked produce for breakfast with lots of choice. Our room was very comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. Excellent location just a short walk from Torquay centre, harbour and pier. -

The house was bright and our hosts were friendly and welcoming.
The tea and coffee served on our arrival was greatly appreciated.
The breakfast menu choices were both innovative and very tasty and the portions suited us perfectly.
We found the beds really comfortable and there was no shortage of hot water.
Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotlessly clean and the communal lounge was a great asset.

My husband and i came to the Teignmouth area for our honeymoon and return for our 25th wedding anniversary. When we got to our room there was an anniversary card from Nicky and Brian.Nicky had also booked us a table at a local restaurent.Brian was a great chef and breakfast was very good. They were both very helpful and friendly. Our room had agreat view of the sea and we had a lovely weekend at Thornhill. Definitely come again.

The room recently refurbished was fantastic. Nice and big the bed was large and lovely bathroom. Dinner cooked by chef Bruce was perfect, he even came out and we made sure he knew how much we enjoyed it. In the mornig we enjoyed the lovely jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool. All round great stay.
